The fastest way, and the one existing customers use. Same number for both. Monday to Saturday, 10:30 am to 8:00 pm IST. Outside those hours leave a message and we call back the next working morning.
Support
Anything about your account, a payment, a password, or something in the app not behaving. This is the address the app itself points at. We reply within one working day.
Sales
Booking the twenty-minute visit, asking what it would look like for your shop, or anything about price. Shaurya Dalal answers this one himself.
Where we are
Atelier runs every day in Anjali Design Studio, a working jewellery showroom at the address beside this one, on its own stock, its own karigars and its own customers. Not a demonstration account. You are welcome to come and watch the staff use it at the counter.
