Price list · Effective 30 July 2026 · Indian rupees, GST included

One plan.
Everything in it.

No tiers to choose between, nothing held back to sell you later, and no charge that appears in year two.

What you pay

Month one

The first month

Introductory, and available once per shop. No onboarding fee, nothing to pay upfront. The whole app is open: every screen, every staff login, every device, so you can run the shop on it for a month before deciding anything. Once you stay on, our people load your existing stock into the app for you — photograph, breakup, all of it — at no extra charge.

₹499first month · GST included

Thereafter

Every month after that

Unlimited pieces. Unlimited staff logins. Every phone and counter in the shop. Every update as it ships. All support, by phone and in person, for as long as you are with us.

₹3,999per month · GST included

Included · at no extra charge, ever

There is no second price list.

Software of this kind is normally sold at ₹1.25–1.75 lakh upfront, plus twenty per cent of that every year afterwards.

  • Every device is covered, with no per-phone, per-counter or per-seat charge.
  • Every staff member gets their own login, permissions and audit trail.
  • Unlimited pieces, with no cap on stock, sales, customers or karigars.
  • Every screen is part of the app, not a module: karigar wastage, dead stock, order book, CA export.
  • Your own catalogue website, generated from the pieces you publish.
  • All updates, applied automatically. There is no version to buy.
  • All support, on the phone and in person, with no annual maintenance charge.
  • Your data, exportable at any time — including after you have stopped paying.

How the monthly payment works

Your bank will show you
₹5,000. We charge ₹3,999.

This is worth reading once, because it surprises people and it is not a trick. An Indian automatic-payment mandate authorises a maximum amount, not the amount actually taken. The maximum has to be set above the price from the very first payment, or later payments simply fail.

So the mandate you approve is for ₹5,000 a month. What is actually taken is ₹499 for the first month and ₹3,999 every month after that, both inclusive of GST. The difference is headroom the rules require. It is never charged, and it is also the ceiling on what could ever be taken from your account under this mandate.

If a payment fails we do not lock you out on the same day. It is retried, you get a week’s grace with the app fully working and a notice on screen, and we call you. Full detail is on the refunds and cancellations page.

Questions we are actually asked

Before you ask.

Q

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

It stays yours and it stays readable. A shop that has stopped paying can still open the app to download a complete copy of everything, stock, sales and customers alike, as a file and as spreadsheets. We never hold a shop’s own records hostage.

Q

I am not in Udaipur. Can I still buy this?

Yes. We set up shops anywhere in India. Your stock is loaded and your staff trained over video call and screen share, and the price is the same wherever you are. If you are near Udaipur we come to your counter instead, at no extra charge.

Q

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

No. There is nothing to pay upfront. You start on the ₹499 first month, and once you stay on, our people load your existing stock into the app for you at no extra charge. See refunds and cancellations.

Q

Do I need to buy anything else? A computer, a server, a printer?

No server and no computer. It runs in the browser on the phones your staff already carry. If you want to print invoices, challans or tags you need a printer. Any ordinary one you already have will do.

Q

Does the price go up?

If it ever changes, you are told at least 30 days before the new price is charged, by email and by phone, and you can cancel before it takes effect at no charge. Nothing above the ₹5,000 ceiling could be taken in any case. This is clause 4.3 of the terms.

Come and see it working
before you pay anything.

Twenty minutes, on twenty of your own pieces, on a video call or at your own counter. No cost and nothing to commit to.
