Atelier
Stock intelligence for Indian jewellers

The rate moved.
So did every price in your shop.

Atelier keeps every piece priced at today's gold rate — and runs the counter, the orders and the books on the same number. Built inside a working showroom in Udaipur, and set up over video call for jewellers anywhere in India.

Real pieces, real arithmetic — each price recomputes from its own gold, stone and labour breakup, the same expression the app runs on every piece you own.

Goods in

Photograph the paper.
The pieces enter themselves.

A vendor's packing list, a page of your own handwriting, a PDF that arrived on WhatsApp — photographed once, and stock comes back with every piece accounted for.

  • Printed lists and handwritten pages both read.
  • Every piece returns as a full record — gold, stones, labour, price.
  • Your existing stock loads this way too, in your first month, at no extra cost.

A client sends a link, or a photograph of somebody else's price breakup, and asks what you would charge. Price it on your own mother rates and answer before they put the phone down.

  • Works from a photo or a product link they sent.
  • Priced on your mother rates — gold, stones, labour — not on guesses.
  • The quote card reaches their WhatsApp as one image.

Everything in one place

Three workflows run the shop.
One login opens everything.

Atelier is organised around how jewellery work actually moves — not a drawer of disconnected tools bought by module.

Into stock

Pieces arrive and become records the same afternoon — photographed off a packing list, priced at today's rate, tagged with a QR that opens the whole breakup at the counter.

At the counter

Scan a tag and the full price opens at today's rate. Quote them on WhatsApp before they leaves, bill it properly, and take a piece back later without unpicking the books.

What you are owed

Every rupee and every gram somebody else is holding — customer khata, orders waiting on gold, memos out with vendors — kept in ledgers that reconcile themselves.

Twenty first-class screens. One login.

No tiers, no modules, no per-device charge — every screen below is in the app on the day you start, running on the same rates and the same books as everything above.

Dead stock

Money asleep

Every piece unsold past the cutoff you set, with what it cost you, what it is listed at, and how far the price can fall before it is a loss.

  • The cutoff is yours — ninety days is the default, not the rule.
  • Cost, listing and room-to-fall sit on one card per piece.
  • Then you decide: discount, remake, melt, or leave it.

The same work.
One of them costs you more gold.

Gold issued against gold returned, converted to one purity so the comparison is fair, and only on jobs of the same kind. Nobody can see this by memory.

  • Compares like with like — setting work against setting work.
  • Names the difference in percentage points, not adjectives.
  • Converts those points into rupees on what he was actually issued.

How the day moves

From the vendor's door to the invoice book,
without anything falling through.

Every step feeds the next screen. The app behaves like one system, not a folder of separate tools.

01

Stock arrives

A vendor's packing list becomes stock before the counter opens.

02

Priced, continuously

Every piece reprices itself whenever the 24K rate moves.

03

The tag goes on

A QR tag prints; scanning it opens the whole breakup.

04

The client asks the price

Scan, quote card on WhatsApp, answered before they leave.

05

Billed properly

A GST invoice on your series; the sale leaves stock and settles the books.

06

Remembered

Day book, khata, vendor book, CA export — the registers stay reconciled.

Questions

Asked before buying

Is this made for jewellers, or is it generic shop software?

Made for jewellers. Pieces carry weights, purity and a stone-by-stone breakup, every price moves with the gold rate, tags print with QR codes your counter scans, and the books think in rupees and grams — which generic software cannot do.

What does it cost?

₹499 for the first month, then ₹3,999 a month. GST is included in both figures. One plan, everything included — no tiers, no modules, no per-device charge. Full details on the pricing page.

Why does my bank mention ₹5,000?

The subscription runs on an e-mandate, and an Indian mandate authorises a maximum. ₹5,000 is that ceiling — not a charge. You are charged ₹499, then ₹3,999, and nothing above it can ever be taken.

I am not in Udaipur. Can I still buy it?

Yes. Setup happens over video call and screen share, at the same price everywhere in India. If your shop is near Udaipur, we are happy to come in person instead.

Who loads my existing stock?

We do. Your team photographs the trays, our side turns the photos into records, and the stock is loaded during your first month. You type nothing, and it costs nothing extra.

Can my staff use it without seeing everything?

Each staff member gets a login with per-screen permissions. Discounts past your limit and deletions wait for your approval, and owners have reports staff cannot open. Staff cannot delete a sale — they can only request it.

Does it handle GST paperwork?

GST invoices on your own number series with your GSTIN, bank details and logo, delivery challans, quarterly sales and purchase registers for your CA, and Tally XML export.

Can I get my data out, or leave?

Your records export to a spreadsheet whenever you want them. Cancel any month — no notice, no exit charge; access runs to the end of the paid month.

One plan.
Everything in it.

Unlimited pieces, unlimited staff, every device, all updates, all support. Stop it any month, no notice and no exit charge. Wherever your shop is in India, we set you up on it.

First month ₹499 once per shop · GST included
Every month after ₹3,999 GST included · cancel any month

Your bank will show a ₹5,000 mandate. That is a ceiling, not a price — an Indian mandate authorises a maximum, and nothing above it can ever be taken. You are charged ₹499, then ₹3,999. No onboarding fee.
